Who We Are

Gilbert Epoxy Elite focuses on epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurea floor coatings for homes and small businesses in the Gilbert area. Garages, patios, pool decks, and shop floors are the regular calls.

Gilbert’s growth has meant a lot of newer concrete slabs across town. New doesn’t mean maintenance-free, though. Fresh concrete still needs the same prep work as an older slab before a coating holds up through summer heat.

How We Approach Every Job

Every estimate starts with a look at the actual slab, not a phone-quote guess. We check for existing cracks, stains, and signs of a prior coating before talking numbers.

Prep comes before anything cosmetic. That means grinding or etching the surface, filling cracks, and leveling low spots before a single coat goes down. Skipping that step is the number one reason coatings fail early, so we don’t skip it.

Heat-rated materials get matched to how the space is used. A garage that parks a hot car daily gets a different topcoat than a patio that just needs UV resistance and bare-foot comfort.
